What if you haven’t got what I want?

Sometimes, one or more of your items may not be available when we pick your order, because the item has gone out of stock, for example. In this scenario, we will refund you for the items that are not available.

What if I have damaged grocery items?

If an item is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours at order@yulekpasar.com.my and our team will process a refund.

What if items are missing from my order?

If there is an item missing from your delivery, please contact our Customer Service team: order@yulekpasar.com.my within 2 hours of receipt of items.

How is my order confirmed?

Once you’ve checked out, you’ll receive an email, detailing all the products and quantities in your order.

Are there any limits on how much I can buy of an item at your online store?

Certain products have limits on the amount you can buy for the following reasons:

  • To ensure we have enough products available to as many of our customers as possible.
  • To protect the health and safety of our drivers and customers when delivering heavy products.

Can I amend my order?

Unfortunately you are not able to amend your order after it is placed. You may, however, cancel your order before 10pm on the same day you placed your order. How do I cancel my order?

Where does MyPasar deliver to?

We deliver to most addresses within Cheras.

When do you deliver the order?

Orders placed and paid before 8pm will be delivered the next day. Orders paid after 10pm will be delivered on the following day.

Please note that we do not deliver Pork items on Thursday. As such, if you place an order that contains pork items, it will be delivered on the next 2 days (Friday).

What are your delivery day and time?

We deliver on Tuesday to Wednesday and Friday to Sunday, start on 8am. We do not delivery on Monday and Thursday (Pasar close).

Please note that we do not deliver Pork items on Thursday. As such, if you place an order that contains pork items, it will be delivered on the next 2 days (Friday).

What is the minimum order value for home delivery at MyPasar?

The minimum order value for home delivery is RM50.

What if I'm not home during delivery?

Our delivery team may make a second attempt on the same day to deliver your order. We will notify you beforehand to schedule a second attempt. However, we will not proceed if we do not hear from you.

You may schedule another delivery on the next day at a fee of RM5. However, please note that we are unable to guarantee the freshness of the items as most of our items are perishable goods.

If you do not nor schedule another delivery within 24 hours, your order will be deemed delivered and no refund will be issued. This is because perishable goods cannot be stored for a long time.
