Online Pasar will issue a partial/full refund if the following occurs:

 

We haven’t got what you want.

Sometimes, one or more of your items may not be available when we pick your order, because the item has gone out of stock, for example. In this scenario, we will refund you on the items that are not available. Refund will normally be made within 3 days of your date of delivery.

 

There is a damaged item.

If an item is damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 24 hours at https://yulekpasar.com.my/v2/contact-us/ and our team will process a refund. Refund will normally be made within 3 days of your date of delivery or date of feedback, whichever is later.

 

There is a missing item from my order.

If there is an item missing from your delivery, please contact our Customer Service team: https://yulekpasar.com.my/v2/contact-us/ within 2 hours of receipt of the rest of your items. We will issue a refund on the missing item. Refund will normally be made within 3 days of your date of delivery.

 

You have cancelled your order before 8pm on the same day you placed your order.

If you have contacted us at https://yulekpasar.com.my/v2/contact-us/ to cancel your order, we will issue a refund. Refund will normally be made within 3 days of your notice of cancellation.

We can only refund in credits for all cancelled orders initiated by customers. If you wish to get a cash refund, please write in and email to refund@yulekpasar.com.my.
